This is a flat reasonable Web Attorney's fee for LIFER Parole Hearing Representation for inmates.

 1 or 2 Prison visits Services will include:

  1. Obtain Documents, Travel time (8 or 16 hours round trip)
  2. Review Abstract(s) of Judgment and Minute Orders
  3. Review file, Investigation, Research, Arrange File,
  4. Prepare for Meeting with Client, Interview Client.
  5. Review Parole Plans & Relapse Prevention Plan & Relapse Triggers
  6. Review Psychiatric Report(s)
  7. Review Board Report(s)
  8. Review Prior Hearing transcripts with recommendations
  9. Review Institutional Behavior documentation
  10. Attend and Represent Client at Administrative Parole Hearing

Attorney hire $3,000
Inmates that ARE housed at the following Southern California State Prison: RJD, CEN, CAL, ISP, CVSP, CIW.
  • It includes 1 visit to the Prison for the actual Parole Suitability Hearing.

Attorney hire $3,500
Inmates that ARE housed at the following Southern California State Prison: RJD, CEN, CAL, ISP, CVSP, CIW.
  •   This rate will include 2 visits with the attorney at the actual Prison.
  1. First visit will be for a pre-hearing interview to "strategize"
  2. Second visit will be for the actual Parole Suitability Hearing.

 Attorney hire $3,600
Inmates that  ARE NOT  housed at the following Southern California State Prison: RJD, CEN, CAL, ISP, CVSP CIW. This rate reflects mostly Central and Northern locations and thus an increase rate for traveling further.
  •   It includes  1 visit  to the Prison for the actual Parole Suitability Hearing.

 Attorney hire $4,500
Inmates that ARE NOT housed at the following Southern California State Prisons: RJD, CEN, CAL, ISP, CVSP, CIW. This rate reflects mostly Central and Northern locations and thus an increase rate for traveling further.
  • This rate will include  2 visits  with the attorney at the actual Prison.
  1. First visit will be for a pre-hearing interview to "strategize"
  2. Second visit will be for the actual Parole Suitability Hearing.
